Carlota is a senior associate at ÉCIJA and a specialist in financial regulation, with a strong track record of advising financial institutions on the development and provision of financial services in highly regulated environments.
With over nine years’ professional experience, she regularly advises financial institutions on banking regulation, payment services, securities markets, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. She holds a law degree from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) and also has a Master’s degree in Stock Exchanges and Financial Markets.
