Carolina Meireles

Carolina Meireles focuses her practice on Corporate and M&A, with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. Throughout her career, she has worked on some of the most high-profile matters in Portugal.

Upon completing her traineeship, she joined A. M. Pereira, Sáragga Leal, Oliveira Martins, Júdice & Associados, SP, RL (currently PLMJ), where she remained until August 2008. Between September 2008 and December 2009, she was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Garrigues – Portuguese Branch.
