Enrique is partner with a solid international background, specialising in corporate, financial and technology law
He has more than two decades of experience as a corporate lawyer, combining legal practice in national and international firms with legal and strategic advice to companies in key sectors such as banking, telecommunications, engineering, construction, real estate and technology. He has worked on complex transnational transactions, mergers and acquisitions, international contracting and corporate governance processes.
He has been managing partner of Abacanto Abogados y Consultores, advising local and foreign companies on legal structuring, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, labour law and dispute resolution. Previously, he developed his career in law firms
