Lídia Neves

Lídia Neves focuses her practice on Intellectual Property, Digital Contracting & Compliance, and Data Protection, with experience across several jurisdictions, including Portugal, all Portuguese-speaking African countries (PALOP), various French-speaking African countries, and Timor-Leste.

From 2007 to 2013, she practised law at CCA Ontier and, between 2013 and 2023, she was part of the team at Miranda & Associados, further consolidating her expertise in these areas. Since 2012, she has been an Official Industrial Property Agent and a European Trade Mark and Design Attorney.
