With over 40 years of experience, he has worked in law, political science, communication, and political consulting, both at European and national levels.
From 2019 to 2024, he was Partner at Cruz Vilaça Advogados. Previously, he served as Head of the European Parliament Office in Portugal (2004–2012) and as Political Advisor to the President of the Republic (2016–2021). The proceedings took place in January 2024, with the participation of officials from the European Commission and agents from the French competition authority.
