Rui de Amorim Mesquita

He practices in Insurance and Civil Liability, with special focus on protecting injured parties and victims of accidents, particularly in automobile liability, workplace accidents, personal accidents, life insurance, personal insurance, and property damage insurance. He has extensive experience defending individuals and companies in both litigation and out-of-court phases.

He began his career in the insurance sector, serving as Claims Director and Technical Director in national and international insurers. He was a member of the APS Automobile Technical Committee from 1992 to 1994 and teaches courses on Civil Liability and Medical Liability at the Portuguese Insurer
