Xavier Molina López is partner of the Litigation Department in Cuenca at ECIJA Ecuador, with over 18 years of experience in Public Law, Constitutional Law, general litigation, and Intellectual Property. He has held high-responsibility positions, including President of the National Council for Migration Policy, Ministerial Advisor, and Legal Advisor at the Inter-American Center for Handicrafts and Popular Arts (CIDAP).
Before joining ECIJA Ecuador, he was a founding partner of Estudio Central Abogados, where he led the resolution of complex cases in public and regulatory law. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy from the Univ
