Foi publicado na passada sexta-feira em Diária da República a Portaria n.º 50/2019, que define o fator de sustentabilidade e idade normal de acesso à pensão de velhice em 2020.
Importa, desde já, referir que a idade normal de acesso à pensão de velhice após 2014 varia em função da esperança média de vida aos 65 anos de idade verificada entre o segundo e terceiro anos anteriores ao início da pensão, sendo que, o fator de sustentabilidade tem em conta a evolução da esperança média de vida aos 65 anos, entre o ano de 2000 e o ano anterior ao início da pensão.
Assim sendo, a presente portaria prevê que, tendo em conta os efeitos da evolução da esperança média de vida aos 65 anos verificada entre 2017 e 2018, a idade normal de acesso à pensão de velhice do regime geral de segurança social em 2020 é 66 anos e 5 meses e que o fator de sustentabilidade aplicável às pensões de velhice do regime geral de segurança social iniciadas em 2019 é de 0,8533.
A presente portaria produz efeitos a partir de 1 de janeiro de 2019.
