ECIJA joins the M&A real estate ranking of TTR Data with over 820 million euros advised
The TTR Data ranking, published by Cinc Dies, places ECIJA among the leading firms in M&A real estate in Spain, sharing the spotlight with major national and international firms leading the sector’s classification.
According to the data as of the end of September, ECIJA appears in the Top 10 by total value of advised transactions, reaching 820.16 million euros and consolidating its presence in a market characterized by the growing demand for residential, logistic, and tourist assets.
This recognition reflects the upward trajectory of ECIJA's real estate and corporate division, which has strengthened its specialized teams in real estate, private equity, structured finance, and M&A in recent years, supporting investment funds, developers, and corporate groups in complex and cross-border transactions.
The inclusion of ECIJA in the TTR Data ranking confirms its sustained growth and competitiveness against the main players in the sector, driven by its multidisciplinary service model, technological approach, and international presence in 18 countries and 37 offices.
