Alberto is a lawyer specialising in commercial, corporate and securities market law, with more than four decades of experience. He has advised on numerous strategic transactions for listed companies, credit institutions, public companies and foundations, as well as in contractual and corporate arbitrations.
Before joining ECIJA, Alberto was responsible for the areas of commercial, corporate and corporate governance law in prestigious firms such as Ramón y Cajal and Baker McKenzie.
